Controller and scope

Sia Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. processes personal data for B2Meet platform accounts, direct support and its own service management. Contact support@siateknoloji.com or info@siateknoloji.com. An event organizer may separately control event registration/attendance processing; its notice should also be reviewed. Sia Teknoloji may provide processing on its instructions.

Data and collection

Identity/contact and company/profile details; applications, attendance, appointments, messages and selected content; session/access, device, notification and diagnostic records are collected electronically. Sources include registration/profile screens, event forms, in-app activities, authorized organizer entry, support correspondence and technical records. Categories depend on the activities used.

Purposes and grounds

Accounts, authentication, attendance, matching and appointments rely on contract necessity (Article 5/2-c). Security and abuse prevention may rely on balanced legitimate interests (5/2-f). Statutory records and authority disclosures rely on applicable legal duties (5/2-a and ç). Claims and disputes may rely on protection of rights (5/2-e). Optional activities requiring consent rely on separate, specific consent (5/1); the information notice is not itself consent.

Recipients and transfers

Purpose-limited recipients include authorized organizers, company representatives, participants you interact with and hosting, communication, payment, notification and diagnostic providers. Authorities and advisers may receive data where legally necessary. Domestic transfers are subject to Article 8; international transfers to Article 9 conditions and safeguards. Your rights

Under Article 11 you may ask whether and why your data is processed, learn its recipients, request correction and, where applicable, deletion/destruction and notification to recipients. Rights to object to adverse outcomes from solely automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing are preserved.

Requests

Email support@siateknoloji.com from your registered email with the subject “B2Meet KVKK Request”. Include your name, account contact and request scope. Additional information is requested only where necessary for valid submission and reasonable verification. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Statutory submission methods remain available.

Requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days. If a request concerns an organizer’s independent processing, ask for guidance to the relevant contact. See separate account deletion instructions.
